What we collect

• OAuth tokens for QBO access (access/refresh tokens) and related identifiers such as company realmId.
• Upload file content you provide (e.g., receipt number, dates, customer name, SKU, amounts, currency, VAT/tax codes).
• Upload logs (success/failure status, error messages, created QBO transaction IDs) for troubleshooting and audit.

How we use information

• Authenticate with Intuit and connect to a QBO company you authorise.
• Validate required fields (customer, account, item by SKU, VAT code, currency).
• Create SalesReceipts and RefundReceipts in QBO using your mapped fields.
• Provide a downloadable results file showing what succeeded/failed.

Legal basis

We process data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract / legitimate interests for internal bookkeeping operations, where applicable).

Sharing

• Intuit/QBO: data is sent to Intuit APIs strictly to create and validate transactions in your QBO company.
• We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

Retention

• OAuth tokens and connection metadata are retained only while needed for ongoing use, or until you request disconnection.
• Upload files should not be retained longer than necessary; results logs may be kept for audit/troubleshooting.

Security

• Access is restricted to authorised users.
• We recommend storing tokens encrypted at rest and limiting access to the server environment.
