Terms / End-user licence agreement (EULA)

These terms govern use of the QBO Uploader tool and related pages operated by Prime Cart UK Ltd.

1. Who may use the tool

The tool is intended for internal use by Prime Cart UK Ltd and, where applicable, authorised bookkeeping clients who have granted you permission to connect to their QuickBooks Online company.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect to the QBO company and upload transactions.
• You must validate your input files and mappings (e.g., correct SKU, VAT code, currency, and amounts).
• You should test in a sandbox environment before uploading to production.

3. What the tool does

The tool connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online using OAuth and creates transactions (e.g., SalesReceipts and RefundReceipts) based on the data you upload.

4. No warranties

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Cart UK Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of accounting records and filings.

6. Data and privacy

Use of the tool is also subject to our Privacy policy.

7. Disconnection

You can disconnect access from within QuickBooks Online (My Apps / Connected apps), and you may also request token deletion by contacting [YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL].

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version.
